40pfl8007 leaking light?
If I switch to a full black screen (e.g. by zapping to another channel) I notice that the tv isn't black, but has some light leakage.
Didn't notice that on any previous model.
Tried to configure the tv differently, seems to help a bit, but still seems to not be black (like a 3 year old Philips 9000-series).
Are others noticing this?
p.s. I really wonder if the 8007 is a real Full HD (not edge led) screen as is noted in the specs on philips.nl, as many resources online tell it's edge led... if is it a real Full LED screen, then why do you see the blue leaking light.Last edited by will; 11-10-2012 at 09:29 AM.
