    Question Missing Netflix App0

    I have registered a Netflix account but when I go into my Apps is the Netflix app gone. How can I get it back? I have searched the net for days and also talked to Netflix that can't help me.

    Sweden. I called Philips today and they say that there are units out of the BDP7700 that can't run Netflix. Seems incredibable since that's one of the selling arguments. There will be an update, when and what can they not say.

    Agree that the answer was strange but in fact the app is missing and everywhere does Philips claim that BDP7700 is Netflix ready. The issue is that phone support only ready from their questionaire, their knowledge about the products are 0.
