    40PLF5527H/12 3D adjust

    Hi

    I am trying to view a 3D movie vía USB (format .mkv SBS 3D), now I can see two images, left and right, so I think I should use option "3D - Side by side", but the option is disabled in menu.

    Options "3D - top / bottom", "3D Side by side inverted" and "3D - top / bottom inverted" and "3D depth on/off" are disabled too... I can only use "2D to 3D conversion" option.

    What's the problem? May it's because the file format? Should all those options be enabled?

    3D can only be enabled if the following exact resolutions are present:
    - 1920x1080
    - 1280x720
