Subtitles in MKV 3D SBS video files
I have several .mkv files containing 3D video content.
I would like to add subtitles and display with BDP8000 on my Toshiba 3D TV (42WL863G).
Which subtitle formats are supported with 3D video contents? On 2D video content subtitles in srt and idx/sub format are working fine, on 3D SBS video content srt format seams to be impossible (shows in middle of 2D display) and idx/sub is not displayed anyway when switched on.
On PC idx/sub format subtitles are displayed correctly (using VLC player).

Thank you Oscar, I already read this thread before!
But I could not find the used software (bdsup2sub) or function to give it a try. I think they did change some versions and bdsup2sub is not part of the available software anymore.
It would be much nicer, if Phlips BD players would support sub/idx subtitles like VLC PC software player does.
The only solution I found in www is, to change / remux the video file, i.e. by creating vob files first, then add the subtitles permanently and remux / rip it to avi / mkv file again. This is lot of work, subtitles are fixed then (part of the video, you can't switch them off anymore) and you need faster PC than mine to do it.
