42pes0001 jpeg problem

Hi,

I have 42PES0001D TV. Firmware is up to date, I am triying to see JPEG pictures via network from PC or from USD but getting message "not valid pictures". Picture Size is 5184*3456

Hi,

I thing your max. resolution is to high - try 4096x4096 as maximum...

After changing the resolution on the pictures, can you now view them?
