Sound 46pfl7007t
Hi, am taking delivery of the above next week. Have just read that the speakers are based in the stand - however I am wall mounting. Are there speakers in the main unit, and if so are they any good? Or is a soundbar a necessity? Thanks

I learnt about this the hard way! I wall mounted my TV & had no sound!...........
Then I discovered the speakers are in the stand!
If wall mounting you need to dissassemble the stand & mount the speaker pod onto the back of the TV & plug it into a rear socket......
You will then have sound!
By the way, the "My Remote" Ipad app doesnt work fully in UK. You cannot get the EPG.
Philips should work on this urgently
