40PFL8606H-12 HDMI ARC and BDS 470 Harman Kardon Problem

HI,

I' ve done last Firmware Update 014.101, before my BDS 470 was reconize by TV , but now my BDS 470 is not detected , i changed HMI ARC cable but same issue...


Any ideas what can i try? Some one else with such problems?

From time to time Easylink completely fails. Then my TV dosent see the PS3 or anything else anymore. Also my Sound system dosent start anymore and HDMI ARC is not working.

There is a procedure which should make it back working. Just google "Eeasylink not working"

If i have trouble with it. I turn off the TV with Powerswitch of the TV or unplug it, wait a bit. Start the TV again. If it dosent work i repeat it all steps.

If easylink is working i have a PS3 Menu entry in the TV Home menu. Even if the PS3 is in standby. If its not there my amp also dosent start and HDMI ARC is completly not working.

Finally this solution solve the problem:


- deactive Easylink on all device
- shut down all devices
- pull power cord of all devices
- only connect one device
- reconnect power cord of TV and this device
- start TV and activate Easylink
- start device and activate Easylink
- shut down both, TV and device
- start only one device - it should automatically start the TV
