    Question Switching between Net TV Home and OpenInternet or App store interrupts PIP-sound

    Dear Philips,

    when I start Net TV I have a nice PIP windows (DVB-C / however, often with wrong aspect ratio). When I switch from the Net TV Home page to the Open Internet or the App store the broadcast sound is always interrupted. It takes some seconds until the sound is available again.

    Does anybody can confirm that observation?

    Yes, it is the same here on 42PFL7695K/02. I thought, that this is the standard behaviour of todays high performance TVs, that's why I did not contact support for that behaviour, thought they will tell me, that this is expected behaviour.

    Would be great to have no interrupt! So if it is fixable, would be nice to fix it.

    Exclamation PiP-Sound at NetTV is interrupted

    Hi everyone,

    this is a bug of the NetTV Portal. Mentioned this already earlier: http://www.supportforum.philips.com/...ull=1#post1736

    Remarkable is, that the sound interruption does not happen on IP-EPG when switching between the main list and the content pages.

    The interruption of the sound also happens at the "red button" services of ProSiebenSat1 in Germay.
