Hey There
I need help with this one. just downloaded the bdp3100_12_fus_aen.zip. However I cant update the blu-ray player. The philips chat people tell me I need to remove the "autorun UPG " file from the Upgrades folder, leaving it as a separate item on the USB stick.

However the file I download is call UPG_ALL and it does not appear to have an auto run in the folders just two files called BDP_3100_S_B.BIN and BDP3100M2.BIN

The Philips Chat people can not advise me on how to do this...anyone help
