Indeed Philips doesnot listen to their customers AT ALL. The now/next feature is something every customers DEMANDS and EXPECTS in an expensive tv. Because thsi is not supperted en Philips DOESNOT DO ANYTHING this is for me a reason to never buy a Philips tv again.

Reading like this, you have lost your faith... Actually reading this, sounds like my feature wont be promissing...
This is my 1st Philips TV and no experiance with their support.
Sad to see that there actually people changed their mind by cause of what? Is their inovation not as what they announce, simplicity?

I'de rather stich to their old slogan: lets make thinks better although a simple now/next feature seems to much to ask from Phhiips. All the other trademarks have it, only Philips has no feeling for what customers want.
Phlips doesnot even respond in this forum when people ask for this feature an that seems to me is saying enough. Phiiips ignores the requests form its customers......

I have 46PFL9705H and HTS5580.
Please solve the issue of "buzzing sound emitted from the speakers when the volume is turned right down or the speakers are set to off for HTS sound" which is really a fundamental problem as indicated by "Eliot" and very very annoying.
