First of all sorry for my bad english.

I have a 37" lcd tv and i have connected with a hdmi cable to a Asus EB150P PC (Nvidia Ion)

If the pc is power off, when i turn of the tv, the pc comes power on automatically.

The bios of the pc is the last, the firmware of the tv is the last too
Easylink disabled
There'isnt any option activated for resume pc in the bios
In the nvidia control panel there isnt any option
I have tested all 3 port hdmi (set as computer in the menu of tv)
