    Unable to record to hd (55PFL5507K/12)

    Hi,
    This is a hazardous problem, sometime the recording to usb hd works for the channel arte hd (switzerland naxoo).
    Playing a previous recorded progam produce a black video ant then tv screen stay black!
    Timeshift doesn't work except with the channel mentionned.

    Is there a way to record with 55PFL5507K/12 ?
    I tried with 2 differents hsb hd. same problem.

    Hi Swicam,

    I would recommend that you update the firmware to the latest available version.

    Please also check if the hard disk meets the minimum requirements for usb hard disk: USB 2.0 compatible hard disk drive (HDD) with a minimum capacity of 250 GB and a minimum transfer speed of 30 megabytes per second.

    You can find further details on the instruction manual for 55PFL5507K/12 here on pages 25-29.
