    Lightbulb Message: "XML Parse error".

    When I try to use net tv, I receive several errors,

    XML Parse error, on Utopolis app, For Luxembourg and Netherlands.
    Sometimes it even crashes the TV, making click sound and TV restarts back to Satellite receiver.

    My TV is broken? or it is a mess inside Philips software?

    is there a fix for this?

    my tv is 40' Philips 9704

    If an XML parsing error is seen, It is a Service Issue: In this case a Problem with Utopolis.
