Angry 42PFL4208D - External HDD connecting Issue

    HI,
Just bought this TV 3 days back and seller assured me that i can connect HDD up to 1TB directly in USB port to access media files. I have 2 drives of 1TB and 320GB. Both are not getting detected. Both are working fine on other TV. Both are FAT32 formatted.

As soon as i connect them...the LED on drives turns on but then nothing happens and then TV shows that No USB Device is connected.

I am able to use all other ports and function but except connection of External HDD.

HI....I just found the problem....The cable supplied by the Philips to connect External HDD is faulty....As soon as i connected the HDD directly to ports...they started working.
