    Bdp3100/05

    When i insert a DVD it accepts it but then i get the word 'BLOCKED' on the display and cannot use any functions at all, including eject. It's a Lovefilm rented disc and have never had problems with their discs before, can anyone help please? Or advise if i need to upgrade my player? Thanks
