Here is my problem :

But a few days ago, the short cable that came with began messing around :/

Before, when I plug my headphones without this small cable on my phone, the sound is weird .. I only hear the instrumental.
With cable, I hear the music properly

Now the sound remains the same whether with or without the short cable.
I hear the instrumental part, the voices are absent.

Is there an alternative to this small wire?
Do you know the reference of the cable in question?
