DCM2055 - how to close ipod dock
Hi,
So far I love my new DCM2055, but...
Out of curiosity, I opened the ipod dock (i don't have an ipod or iphone), but now I can't find a way to close it...
Any pointers would be much appreciated!
Thanks,
Tamas

Yeah, the first thing I tried was to push it back, as it seemed a logical method; but it pops right out again...
So I read the manual, the quick start guide and the online manual; googled it, etc..
Any other ideas?
Thanks!

Dear Timoti,
We do not have the exact unit here. But we have an Original Radio with Docking that comes with the same mechanism. Attached in the video please find the way we have the dock pushed back.

If this does not work for you, we suspect it can be a mechanism defect. Please contact your local support to exchange your device.
Kind regards,

I bought one of these today. Took 3 back with that problem. Finally took the display one home as that one did work!

I usually love Philips stuff (I have a perfect 20-year-old Philips VCR, etc.), but this does sound a bit pathetic...
Thanks for the replies, I'll contact support.
