BDP3200/98 cant play wav files on USB

    Hi All,

From the manuals and specifications, I understand that this BDP3200/98 is able to support wav files. However when I tried to play my wav files on USB that are ripped from audio CDs at 44.1khz 16 bit, i.e. uncompressed, the player returns a pop up message saying audio format unsupported. Is there any additional settings that I need to activate to be able to play wav files? Alternatively, if you know a way to play uncompressed / lossless audio on USB with the player that would be a great help. Appreciate your advice. Thanks.

Yes, that is exactly what is written on the specifications and manuals, which I understand to be the same as .wav files ripped from ordinary audio CDs. However, when I tried to play this kind of files that I have on USB, the player returns a pop up message saying the the audio format is not supported.

Would really appreciate if folks out there who have been able to play .wav PCM 1.4Mbps can share their experience on how it has been done (any special settings needed), or can anyone help to verify that this feature works by trying to play such a file on their player? Thanks a million!
