My brand new HTS3541/F7 blu-ray player only occasionally works for Netflix and Vudu. I need help with this as soon as possible. My wireless internet is very good and has a very strong connection to everything else in my house. The entire reason i bought this player was for Netflix so I am unhappy with how it is working. How can I get this to work more consistently? Thank you.
