I can't turn on the TV

Hi there!

I have a very annoying problem.. well for me.

Whe i shut down my TV.. it wont get on

Only when i reject the power kable and wait 1 min and but it back in.. i can but the TV on with the remote.
I know there is a button on the back of the TV.. but unfortunately it also don't work

Model No: 37PFL6777H/12

What do i have tried so far?
- New firmware upgrade
- Reject powerkable and wait 1 min.
- New batteries for the remote

Ik heb een heel vervelend probleem.. in ieder geval voor mij.

Als ik de TV uit zet.. dan wil die niet meer aan

Pas als ik de stroomkabel eruit trek en 1 min wacht en er vervolgens weer in doe.. dan kan ik de TV met de afstandsbediening weer aanzetten.
Ik weet dat er achterop de TV ook een aan/uit knop zit.. maar ook deze werkt dat niet.

Wat me ook is opgevallen is, als ik de aan/uit knop achterop 'uit' doe, dan kan ik de TV niet aanzetten met de aan/uit knop van de afstandsbediening.

Uit wil altijd wel.. aan dus niet

this problem often occurs with the latest firmware for your TV... others have also this problem. I think, it's only solvable with a new firmware...

I have the same problem with the 55pfl8007k.

Sometimes the remote does work,but most of the time it doesn't when trying to power on the tv. Reseting by pulling the power plug is the only thing that works then.

Is there a firmware where this problem not a course? A previous one.
