i own a 42inch philips plasma tv and it takes an eternity to swich on ! there is a constant clicking noise that comes from the set has any 1 else had this problem, Help needed !

Really sorry to see you're having problems with your set
Can you confirm that you've got the latest software version installed on it?
Also, please could you just confirm the full model number for me

sorry for not replying sooner as i am not very good on computers, there has never been anything updated on this tv and i dont have the 1st idea how to update it, the model no is 42PFP5532D/05
the tv wont switch on at all now,i will just end up taking it to an engineer, but thank you very much for your help and concern.
