as111 bluetooth problem

There is a clicking sound coming from the device whenever the bluetooth is on which corresponds to an interruption in the music; i.e. with each click the music interrupts, and with the next click it restarts. Could anyone help me, thanks.

What bluetooth device are you using?

thanks, it is a philips android dock, and i use it with a samsung apollo phone, but the problem is with the dock

Please try with a different phone also since i have tested this in the past with Samsung phones via bluetooth etc but never had any issues......

Check also if you have not any sounds activated on your phone as clicking sounds etc..

can it be the source of your music? do you have any other dock to try?

thanks for replying. I clearly hear the clicking sound coming from the dock and as it clicks the bluetooth interrupts. when the phone is not connected with bluetooth the phone works perfectly

Hi again, please try with a different phone as with the various phones I tried I did not see any issue

Thanks for your help. I clearly have a physical problem with my dock and am now dealing with Philips support to secure a replacement, so I'll leave it at that for now.
