42PFL4606H hebrew subs problem...

why does my 42PFL4606H cant just play a movie from the usb port which contains the movie and hebrew (.srt) subs file which has the same name??
it generate things like " ? . . . ?" on the screen - Although i set the subs to hebrew in the menu... help please if you can upgrade the version or just add the hebrew charset which is ISO - 8858-9(or 8)...

i already upgraded the tv version to the newest - 2.22 and it is still doesnt work...

Hi,

i think the charset is just not supported. Take a look at the manual which character sets are supported.

Hi.

Toengel is right, your set does not support this character set and it's the reason why they show as they do. There will not be and update for this.
