Noise problem with a 40PFL8606H

Hello,
I'm french and live in Belgium.
I have a 40 40PFL8606H and recently, the tv make electric noise bip bip bip.
It's not depending on sound level.
Just power on the tv and the noise appear.
It's a little sound but for an serie 8 it's not acceptable.
Contact the SAV? It's not enought loud....
I think it's a power transfo problem.
Havec you remark same problem with this TV?
