Hello,

Yesterday i bought a Philips tv model 231TE4LB/00.
As i put it on the screen stays black. Only if i shine a light at my screen i can see a little bit. I tried this way to change my settings to try and get image. This didnt work. I only have sound but no normal image. Can help?
