    Cannot download update for Philips BDP3100/12 through Philips support site.

    Hello,

    I have been trying to download the latest firmware update for my Philips BDP3100/12 player through philips support site, but the file BDP3100_12_FUS_ENGzip seems to be corrupt or named incorrectly. I have tried this with IE and Firefox and through different multiple different regional Philips support sites.

    Anybody else having similar issues?

    E.g for download link which does not function:

    Hey Oscar,

    Magically the file name changed from BDP3100_12_FUS_ENGzip >> BDP3100_12_FUS_ENG.zip over night. I downloaded the file and upgraded my player successfully this morning.

    I wonder if my email to Philips support or this post had anything to do with it. Or maybe it was just a fluke, in any case, the update works fine now.

    Thanks for the quick fix, whoever is responsible for fixing the download file
