no internet connection on AW5000

Today my wife received the Fidelio AW 5000,
after a bit of a strugle to get it to work, we would like to get also the internet radio function tested.
unfortunatly after a while the Philips airstudio showed " Het apparaat kon geen verbinding maken met het internet,
Wilt u het opnieuw proberen?
this also happens when we try to update de software of the speaker.

we have tried everything possible, but no results.
playing music from PC's, iPad's and iPhone's works perfect.

the wireless in our home is also connected to the internet as all our wireless have internet access.
anybody anyidea what this might be?

Try once power off the AW5000 & power on again. After the LED becomes white, then try accessing internet radio.
