Hi
I have a 32pfl5403D/12 philips TV. I have the problem that i i cant search the digital channels.
I can´t type in the netword ID - i dont have the option when i search the channels.
How do get this option? I have been told that i should HARD RESET the TV and then i can get this option when i start the TV from scratch again - BUT how do i HARD RESET the tv?????
The signal from my cabel is OK - i have tryed with another TV and have no problems with the digitals channels.

Do you try to search DVB-C or DVB-T?
Your TV only has a DVB-T Tuner.

My tv has both dvb-c and dvb-t tuner
Earlier i have both digital and analog channels.
I have autosearch the channels but it only find analog channels.
I want to know, if there is a possibility to maka a factory defaults hard reset... like the first time the TV is switched on after the production of the TV...Last edited by Jesperkvist; 11-18-2012 at 07:16 PM.

Is TV model 32pfl5403D/12 correctly? This model only has digital terrestrial. I'm sure.

And i think no, this model don't support a factory reset for customers.
Check leaflet for tuner informations, please:

unplug all the cables and devices (hdmi, usb etc.) and unplug the power, wait for a minutes and plug everythink back in, that should do the trick (= hard reset)
