Dear jwachocki,
For Shoqbox, we don't have a driver coming with it. Would you please specify more what driver you want to install?
Kind regards,

I'm trying to use this speaker over bluetooth with Windows 7.
Windows finds the device and Shoqbox says that successfully paired.
Windows 7 fails to find drivers and fails to recognize it as audio device, so I can't use it as Bluetooth speaker for my laptop.
If it can't be done, I'm returning this, as it was supposed to be a gift.
Please help!

Dear all,
The Shoqbox should work with the Windows 7 as well. For pairing 2 Shoqbox, please refer to the below FAQ. Personally one hand operation is easier to pair.

Dear Philips-QK, Pairing the 2 Shoqbox is possible after repeated attempts. This works and I can use the Bluetooth connection with my iPhone. BUT. The problem maintains with Windows 7. I cannot connect my Philips HP EligeBook 8740w laptop with the Shoqbox. A mentioned earlier and here above, the control pannel mentions the Shoqbox device as a head(ear)set as icon. It is not possible for me to connect my laptop with the 2 paired Shoqbox speakers. Please explain me how to make this connection. If not possible, I will return my devices to the Philips Myshop in Eindhoven, with pain in my heart, because the quality of these expensive speakers is perfect. Hope you can give me the right acvice now. Your answers as " The Shoqbox should work with the Windows 7 as well" does not help me until now. Looking forward to your support. A number of friends would like to by the speakers, IF THEY WOULD function and connect in the right way. Regards, Wimco.

Dear Wimco,
I am sorry to tell you that for Windows 7, a driver has to be downloaded.
This problem is very likely related to the Integrated Module with Bluetooth Wireless Technology for Microsoft Windows 7 of the computer.
To solve this problem, contact your manufacturer of the computer for the most recent driver.
Kind regards,
