46pfl5507k_12 tv very slow channel tranitions

Hi,
I have 46PFL5507K_12 TV and transition between the channels is very slow, I have to wait 4-5 sec to change the channel. Nevertheless black screen appears during these transitions for 4-5 sec.

My question is as follows : Is it possible these transitions between channels to be made by pausing the current channel for 4-5 sec and immediately new channel to be appear? Simply I don't want to see this black screen during the channel transitions.

I need your discussions and your help. Thanks in advance

Yes, I have the latest software on my TV uploaded a couple days ago. I tried to get in touch with our local online support and they have told me when I load the latest software, I will be OK, and the transitions between the channel will be faster. I did it, but nothing happened on the channel transition speed.
What will be happened when I connect external satellite receiver?
