Bluetooth not working on DS3500

Something happened Bluetooth is not working anymore. I tried different combination to activate it.
Even though it was pretty easy to turn it on pressing Bluetooth logo.

Any way to reset the device.. May be it is just a software issue..
I plugged and unplugged tried everything..

Any idea why and how to fix it?

Hi, if you are using Dockstudio or fidelio fortthis did you open bluetooth in the application? Also do you have latest version of the app?

Hi Oscar,

My iphone was on the dock station while I was trying to connect my ipad. I pressed bluetooth button. it wet off and never came back.
As far as I know no control switch on fidelio application..

i have the same trouble with my DS3500 Dock
I am very interested by the solution of this issue

Two things can cause to that.
1. Power supply. Due to lower voltage not able to supply bluetooth. Change it try it with similar one on electronic shop.

2. There is a transistor on the board needs to be replaced.

As advice try not to push bluetooth button when your phone docked. That is when the component fails
