dynamic backlight failure

I own TV 42pfl6907k and I discovered something strange with picture quality. I mean flicker of the screen, which appears mainly during the scenes with white background. I claimed it, but service did not solve a problem. When I disable backlight scanning problem disappears, but contrast is worse.

Quastion for PHILIPS
Is it related with firmware or should I complain it one more time?

Hello.
I write from Barcelona and have a similar problem with my 40pfl7605h/12:
It just started happening that the TV screen displayed some sort of horizontal, up to down, flickering luminosity. It happens and then stops happening, at random. It stops for some time after you change the picture settings, but it always comes back.
I have tried everything: dynamic contrast on/off, dynamic backlight on/off, light sensor on/off, several contrast + brightness settings... But the problem is still there.
Even the technicians from Philips took it twice, replaced the power source and the whole screen panel, and it still happens.
Please, could anyone from Philips help us with this?
