    Question bdp3100/05 being selective

    Can anyone help, I have had a phillips BDP3100/05 for a year or so, recently played dirty dancing blu ray. Since then most of my discs are coming up "unknown disc" with the exception of 1 or 2. all dvd play ok.... can anyone advise

    I also have this symptom with my BDP5180, the only reply I find is "back to service" ......
