    connect with Apple tv

    How do I connect my TV model 42PFL9603D/H with the latest Apple tv 3?

    Does tour TV have an HDMI connection? It is the only way to connect it.

    So what does actually happen?

    You turn on the Apple TV, the front led is on (white). You connect the Apple TV with the HDMI cable to the TV and change the TV source to the HDMI input.

    What do you see on screen?

    Black screen and a short notice HDMI1 and HD720p, maybe it needs a higher HD, but how to solve that?

    You can change the output resolution of the Apple TV to match the max. resolution of your tv but only when you have an image on screen. Maybe you can try changing it on a different tv at a friend / family.
