Who is responsible for IP-EPG by TVTV?
Hi,
who is responsible for IP-EPG by TVTV?
I called Philips support concerning the zoom and translation problems in IP-EPG (http://www.supportforum.philips.com/...nscreen-errors and http://www.supportforum.philips.com/...oomed-EPG-Page). They said that they have nothing to do with the IP-EPG provided by TVTV.
- I fully understand that TVTV is the EPG content provider. So if I have problems with the content I'd like to contact them. WHO CAN I CONTACT? The hotline couldn't get me a contact address.
- The zoom function is a build-in function of Philips. Why does Philips decline that they have something to do with it?
Please give us a contact person at TVTV who is responsible for the IP-EPG in Philips TVs!

Well a lot of channels are simply missing. Like RTL Lounge and alle the Dutch 24-channels (like 101TV, Politiek 24 etc).

What is going on?? The tvtv IP-EPG started working in Finland 02-10-2011 (for the very first time) and stopped working yesterday 02-15-2011. When pressing EPG button it now only loads Net TV menu. Was this just a test round or is it a bug in your system? Same behavior with my 2009 model and my friends 2010 model.
I hope you fix this asap, thank you.

Indeed i have no tvtv too, Channels of Ziggo or simply missing and a lot of bugs were there. It was very slow.
