Hello,

I took delivery of the above tv and am very impressed, however, I have tried to load a USB device and nothing is happening?

When I browse through USB menu it says no USB detected.

When I plug the USB pen in, it says USB pen detected - reading files, however, this message does not go away. I have left it for 15 minutes and it still displays the same message.

My software is up to date as of an update this afternoon.

Sorry to see you're having problems with the USB functionality

Can you confirm the size of the USB pens you're trying to use, please?

Also, have you tried with varying sized pens?

I am using a 64gb USB 3.0 pen formatted as ExFat

I have tried a 4gb USB 2.0 pen formatted as FAT32 and that works fine.
