    Soundbar CSS2123B/F7 with cox remote?

    I have searched high and low, cannot find a way to program the cox remote to work with the soundbar. it is hooked up to the TV thru optical cable, TV speakers are disabled. Soundbar works, is controlled by phillips remote, but who wants to have to use a second teeny remote to control volume? if this does not get fixed the darn thing is going back to the store.

    /F7 models are not being supported around here nor is there any other forum where you can subscirbe to for these products.
