We just bought a 50 inch Model 50PFL3807 and cannot get the "floating" menu/portal on the left side of the screen to disappear. This in the one that offers access to apps, Pandora, etc. Not only that, I can't seem to even access any of these specific areas in this menu with the remote. Please help and thanx!
