    32PFL2807H Audio Problem

    Hi all, this is my first post here.
    I have bought a new 32PFL2807H tv a few days ago.
    I am happy with it except the sound quality.
    it is not very clear and today I have tried to turn the balance left and right.
    I realized that the sound of the left speaker is high pitched where the sound of the right speaker is low pitched.
    That sounds abnormal to me.

    What do you suggest before contacting philips locally?
