    Airstudio+ Philips miserable expérience!


    Dear Philips customer sevice, I can't believe that you are not able to satisfy your customer only case by case as I see on this forum "Could you please send me a private message, where you inform me of your e-mail address, so that I can send you a file with the information that you need. You can send a private message by clicking on my name here and select ”Private Message”.

    We bought all in this forum, a pretty expensive product which only works with this miseable app Airstudio+ which most of the time ( since a couple of years) does not work properly! Are you going to find a solution, a new firmware for your customers? Or are you waiting that we all go to Concurrence!?

    Airstudio+ issues : no radio channels anymore, no setting available anymore, no shut down possibility anymore, loose of tracks, no possibility to read a complet album..... I guess this is enough reason to come up with something new!

    I would like to start by welcoming you to the Philips Support Forum and thanking you for sharing your thoughts. It is a very big shame that you feel this way as I am doing my very best to please all of you. Asking for your e-mail address is simply done so I can send you the files that you would need if you have an android as I cannot do so over the forum, I can only attach pictures. If you on the other hand use an apple device then you can go to the following page and follow the instructions described there. This will allow you to use MyRemote instead of airstudio for your speaker:

    I hope that this satisfies your query in seeing that we are doing our best offering a solution to each and every one of you no matter if you are using an android or an apple device.
