    AirStudio App and Spotify - Cannot connect to spotify

    Hi,

    I bought the Fidelio AW9000 System, installed the AirStudio App and registered at spotify.
    So everything (Internet Radio or Sound Files) works fine more or less - BUT:

    When I try to use spotify (username and pw), I always get an error message.
    "Cannot connect to spotify"

    I have a premium account and my account works if I login directly to spotify.

    What could be the reason or any solution for this problem?

    Hmm, the Philips devices normally are running on a Linux system.

    So, in the past there was an issue reported that certain characters won't work as a password.
    E.g. the following ones ...

    ; / \ # %

    Hello,

    We just bought the AW1000.
    We are using an iPad2 running iOS6.
    In AirStudio+ I have the same issue as g_k_philips.
    Username and password work fine in Spotify, but not in AirStudio+.
    My username contains . (dot) but no other special characters.
    Password is only characters and numbers.

    Any idea how to resolve this?

    Good day,

    I have the same problem with spotify.
    But my system is a philips AW 2000.
    And my phone is an Iphone 4S,

    I hope you can help me.

    BTW, I have one suggestion for the airstudio, to make an equiliser instead of high and low sound

    Per my trial, the login name needs to remove the @xxxx.com even you have registered with a email account.
