    Hello,

Please make sure that your PC is Bluetooth-enabled (ie, equipped with the feature of Bluetooth), and supports the following Bluetooth profiles:

    1. Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP)
    2. Audio/Video Remote Control Profile (AVRCP)

Check with the manufacturer of the computer and the operating system for the Bluetooth profiles supported by the computer.

    Kind regards,
    Philips Moderation Team
