SHB9100 headset cant connect - white flashing only
Hey!
I have new headsets, SHB9100 and they worked fine for one day but now they only work with 3,5mm cord.
When they are connected for loading there is the white blinking light.
When no cord it's black. No lights at all. doesnt respond to anything.
It is NOT the battery since they actually work with the cord.
Any ideas???
Ps. This is the second pair I own so I know how to use it.

Hi there! Did you try the exact steps as described to connect it via blutooth as I think this is what missed..

Same issue
Good morning,
I have exactly the same issue.
The problem is not of course a blutooth pairing issue, the buttons are not responding at all so it's impossible to pair it with any device.
Could it be a battery issue ? I left mine charging one night and the problem still continue, but the light is flashing in white as it's out of battery when connected by USB charger.
I'm using it everyday to go to work and I'm very disapointed to cannot use it anymore... Any information would be really appreciated.
Many thanks in advance !
Cheers !

@bennybeams - Have you resolve your issue? The white LED flashes also when the battery is fully charged.

I also have the same issue. It seems not to charge, only flashes white LED once a second.
It's not possible to do the reset to factory defaults procedure, as it seems dead without the USB cable plugged in.

hi all, i had a similar problem before. when the white LED is flashing it means the battery is low. Make sure the 3.5mm audio cable is unplugged before charging, because the battery won’t be charged if this audio cable is connected to the headset. Hope this helps

I had the very same issue. I left my headphone recharging in front of me in the same time I was working with my laptop and then... Nothing. Just got the white flashing every second. Headphone doesn't work anymore.
Solution: I've plugged the audio cable in and out 3 times and after that all good again. The detail is that I never have used the audio cable. 0K my headphone is now no virgin anymore. Even headphones need some love I'm guessing.

Thanks Kayo, I can confirm that this resolved the situation for me too. I didn't have a connector cable available so I plugged some earphones into the socket on the SHB9100 and that worked too. My guess is that the SHB9100 wrongly thought it was physically connected to something but plugging a 3.5mm jack in and then unplugging it again sorts out the confusion.
(I know this is an old thread but just wanted to confirm the fix for someone who was having identical symptoms)
