black screens while some remote buttons stop working - model 32hfl5573d/10

Hi

I just bought a 32hfl5573d/10 and updated to the latest software.

Now if the tv has been on for few minutes the Option button stops working on the remote for example and the screen will go black after exiting the setup screen so I have to turn the tv off and then back on again, also the tv sometimes resets personal settings and picture format when its turned off...

Any help?
