please help me.

My father bought this infrared lamp HP3616.
I just turned it on for several minutes, then an incident happened. It fell from like 40-50 cm height.
At its third thud, the light was off. Ever since I couldn't get it on again. sigh....

Can I fix it or I just need to buy the new one?

Please suggest on this.
