BluRay Player BDP3282/05-BDP3282/05

Bought myself a Philips 3D BluRay player. On the outside its says its a BDP3282/05 but under the setting menu it says BDP3280/05. Think this is strange. The only 2 problems i have are the following:

1: When i switch the machine on it does not load up the machine. I have to switch of at the mains and then try again, this can be between 1 to a good few tries.

2: The display screen on front of the machine seems to have a digit missing, the time would be like 12:3 that could be twelve minutes and between 30 and 39 seconds.

Anyone know how i can sort this and don't say update the device as that's been done quite a few times.

If just bought bring it back as it is not normal that the modelnumbers are not correct...
