I got the HTS 5560/12 system and until a few days ago it worked fine..

But now: everytime I put a blu-ray disc on it keep saying Unknown Disc.. I have tried with many different disc but nothing works, sometimes it won't play dvd's to..

Does anyone know how to fix the problem??

I can tell it is software updated and so on
