    Set up help required

    Hi

    I've set up my home cinema system, the sound is working great through the radio and DVD but I can't get the sound through the speakers when watching tv.

    I've tried both a scart lead and hdmi cable, can you advise where I'm going wrong please?

    Hi,

    what TV do you have, what HTS do you have? On new TV the SCART connector is an INPUT only. For HDMI - check, if both devices have HDMI-ARC.

    Not to snake someone else's topic, but I have a Sharp Model LC-42D65U Aquos HDTV and just purchased the HTS-3541 system. Same deal. Radio and DVD work fine but can't get it to sync with the Tv. Both the Tv and DVD player show signs of trying to link but its just not coming through. Right now the only connection I have between the two is the HDMI Cable. Thoughts?
