phillips bdp 3200
one of the worst blu-ray players on the market philips are not as good as they used to be my one the remote only worked for a couple of minutes after you kept having to take out batteries every time you wanted to watch a blu-ray movie.and shortly after no sound for the dvds picture yes sound no sound still works on blu ray disc though ? spend an extra £20 on something better mine is hardly used .

If you just have it why don´t go back to dealer. Also are you having latest firmware? Using new batteries etc?
