When I connect my TV Aurea to the HUMAX 5100, provided by Ziggo I have a HDMI signal for about 30 seconds but no audio signal. After these 30 seconds the screen turns black and there is no other option than to reconnect and start over again. But than also for 30 seconds, I have connected the TV using a HDMI cable and inserted in HDMI 1 on the TV.

Sometimes it seems to work then I get an HDMI signal with audio and that stays on. After switching of the TV and Humax to standby and start it up again I have the same problem.

For this product It would help if it would work properly in accordance with the HUMAX, Or maybe Ziggo is doing something wrong.

Please help.
